Critical gotchas

GitHub recommends an Accept: application/vnd.github+json header and an explicit X-GitHub-Api-Version header.

Fine-grained tokens only authorize repositories and permissions selected when the token is created.

run_id path integer Yes The unique identifier of the workflow run.
environment_ids body integer[] Yes The list of environment ids to approve or reject
state body string Yes Whether to approve or reject deployment to the specified environments.
comment body string Yes A comment to accompany the deployment review
